Many of our clients will contact us before they even look for a house as they first want to know how much they can borrow and the deposit size they need to consider. This gives them a platform to start looking for the right property. We will even arrange an agreement in principle with the approved lender so that it can help them in placing an offer and sometimes even getting the price reduced further as the client already has a mortgage agreed in principle.

All you need to do then is find the right home. After that we will contact the estate agent and email them our details and confirm the mortgage is already in place. This give’s them peace of mind and we can then start the process of applying for the mortgage right through until completion. We will also keep in regular contact with the solicitors ( which we can recommend also ) and keep you updated on a regular basis. The service we provide is very unique and is particularly designed for people that just don’t know where to turn to for the whole advice process in buying a property.
